Information: Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for factory-in-stock
items. The shipping costs that are automatically added in the Shopping
Cart are for Ground Shipment in the Continental U. S. For overseas
orders, please email us first and we will let you know the shipping cost
for your order. Here is our table of shipping costs:

Return
Policy: We will replace your item if it is damaged in shipment or
is factory-defective. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. If you wish to return or replace an item we must be notified within 10 days. DO NOT send the item anywhere without calling us (866-339-5060) or email us. We need to be notified first before we can replace an item or refund any money. Note: Each Tiffany lamp is a hand-crafted piece of art and as such, colors may vary slightly from the photo. |
