Return Policy

You must notify Lamps Beautiful within 10 days of receipt of goods to initiate a return. Do NOT sent the item anywhere without first contacting us by phone 866-339-5060 or email to receive return instructions. Be sure to unpack and inspect your order immediately after you receive the shipment.

Made to Order items, Custom orders, or clearance products cannot be returned. Made to Order items and Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production starts. Deposits on made to order and custom items are non-refundable.

An item that is damaged in shipment or is defective will be replaced free of charge if we are notified within 10 days of delivery. The damaged item will be picked up, at our discretion, and will be replaced as long as the item is still current and available.

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect (ie. it is the wrong size or color), you can choose one of the following options:

  1. Return the item and receive a store credit worth 100% of the purchase price of the returned item(s). This credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of the return, and it can be used toward any purchase on as well toward ordering items from our suppliers that are not listed on the website.
  2. Return the item and receive a refund (usually as a credit refunded to your card) minus a 20% restocking fee.

The refund or store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected to determine that it is still in excellent, resellable condition. Items that have been installed are not considered returnable. Be sure to insure the returned package with the shipping company in case the item is damaged on the return trip. The customer pays for the return shipping cost.
